I received my first med order in July. After a couple of weeks, I decided to stop taking it. I emailed the cancellation request. I received a response acknowledging the request. In November, we noticed Remedy had charged our account in October and again in November, even though medication was not sent. We asked for a refund. They agreed to refund November as a “courtesy”, but refused to refund October because it’s a “subscription service”. You cannot talk to anyone; only email communication is allowed. The website says same price at every dose, but the charge increased.
