Meds are not delivered in a timely fashion. Shipped fedex 2-day, but fedex took 6 days to get it to me. Remedymeds claims the meds are still ok to take & stable at room temperature. I don't believe them. The meds arrived warm (of course).I contacted customer service twice during this misplaced shipment while fedex was giving no date when it would be delivered. Customer service was unable to help me or fix the situation. Totally unacceptable.I am a physician and have prescriptive authority. I was trying to do the right thing avoiding self-prescription. My results have been quite good, losing 12 pounds, knocking my a1c from 5.2 to 4.5. But at this point, right thing be damned. I'm self-prescribing at express rx. Not using warmed up meds in transit for a week after tearing my hair out.Addendum:Just placed my first order with express rx as both doctor and patient. I bought a 3 month supply of prescription (not compounded) ozempic for $1060. This is slightly more pricey than the $900 with remedymeds. I am medicare and have not met my deductible. After that $600 deductible is met, the price goes down to about $600 for a 3 month supply. Then after I spend $2000 in a year, there are no copays. $0.I spoke with the pharmacist there as well. They ship out insulated, cold-packed, and cold by OVERNIGHT. Not 2-day. Sounds like they take more care with keeping the drugs intact. Once at room temperature, prescription ozempic remains good for 2 months.Addendum #2: just received another shipment i guess to replace the FUBAR one. This one everything was done right: 1) shipped overnight, not 2-day, 2) Fedex actually delivered it to my local walgreens overnight, not 6 days later, 3) Walgreens put it in the fridge on arrival, 4) I picked it up this afternoon, meds still cold and into my fridge.I've already paid for 3 months of ozempic via express rx so I'm with them for at least 3 months. I've revised my review from 1* to 3* on the basis of the later experience. Don't know if my complaint in this forum occasioned their response. I really hope they'd do it without my having to make a federal case out of this in an external forum. But I think maybe that's what happened here!
