Update on 0 starsThe company replied to my review and stated my case would be reviewed. They emailed me back stating they were still “unable to provide a refund” using their “terms of service” as justification. Let me just restate that absolutely ZERO services were received! Not even a consultation! I mistakenly signed up on their website thinking I was signing up for a different site and when the mistake was realized (within an hour of signing up) I immediately went and canceled, but they still charged me nearly $300! In my opinion they have stolen my money and are unwilling, not “unable”, to give it back!
