I had started with a different weight loss company and very quickly got very frustrated. I couldn’t seem to get my questions answered online. When I tried calling them the person on the other end usually had no idea how to respond. Remedy is different. The staff seem interested in your journey and take as much time as you need to feel comfortable and confident. The nurse practitioner calls have all been great and I feel I have found the right company to rely on. Five big stars!
