Overall weight loss has been good but company contact and account has been messed up since day 1. I have had to escalate almost every time with 3 instances where my medications were up to three weeks late. I have been told/promised the account issues have been resolved multiple times. My file had to be recreated, 6 months in I was told I do not have a valid shipping address and other challenges. Attention to the customer experience and ways to identify and fix customer profile issues are a must! Given it is all online, people should be able to get into a patient account and review historical data to fix problems. I have yet to find anyone has been able to do that.
