My experience with Remedy Meds was not good. I had been on GLP-1 with a local provider but they were no longer able to do GLPs so I had to switch. I did some research but clearly not enough. My experience was not good. The customer service is very bad and the web portal is hard to navigate and gives little to no information. There is no continuity of care and they even sent me meds that I am allergic to. There is a major disconnect between the "providers" and the customer service people and the pharmacy. Makes for a challenge when trying to resolve an issue. I finally had enough and cancelled but they would not refund the recent charge even though I never received the medication.
