I had been receiving monthly and then the shipments were sent to an incomplete address 4 times. After dozens of emails and calls, this issue continued and my business with Remedy Meds finally came to an end. However I noticed I was charged again this month but did not receive anything. When I contacted them by email and phone they only offered credit. I verified my complete address again. The medication was just shipped and has again been sent to an incomplete address and I will not receive the package. I contacted them via email and phone both several times. They will not refund me.
