Great experience with Remedy Meds. I made an appointment and was immediately contacted from customer service to tell me about what will follow next and if I had more questions to be answered. Very professional and polite. Then I had a video call with the doctor and again, very professional consultation where I was listened and given suggestions. Every time I have contacted customer service , the call is answered right away. Also email correspondence is thorough and helpful.
