I initially selected Remedy Meds (RM) based on OP’s reviews. I wanted quality products & reliable, trusted support vs. cheapest. I’ve continued working with RM because of their:1) fast, easy & excellent customer care — can get a telehealth appointment with a doctor or NP within minutes, any day/evening of the week,2) reasonable pricing — RM is not the cheapest; but unlimited access to trusted medical professionals 24/7/365 is worth the extra $ to me,3) quality product + syringes + alcohol prep pads from U.S.A. licensed specialty pharmacies, always delivered timely & intact to my home, and4) knowledgeable, professional, friendly & helpful, U.S. licensed medical providers who’ve listened to, understood, and responded favorably to my questions & concerns. I expected that this process would take time, with ups & downs along the way. RM has made it easier and worth every penny.It took a bit longer than expected to get my 1st shipment (~2 wks) but, since then, they’ve arrived within 4-5 days (a bit warm but still effective, as I refrigerate them immediately.) No side effects to-date other than noisy digestion sometimes. I’m diabetic, post-meno and have no thyroid, so constipation is normal for me. Tirz didn’t cause it nor make it any worse, and daily prune juice, extra fiber, extra water and, occasionally, if/when needed, glycerine liquid or suppositories keep things moving just fine. Eating foods that digest faster & easier also helps.About 3 wks in, I noticed mild “snacky” feelings arising ~4 days post-injection, so I asked the doc at my 2nd monthly appointment if we could double my minimum starting dose and split it into 2 injections each wk - 17 units on Mondays and 17 U on Thursdays. Even though Tirz is designed to be long-acting, she agreed I could try it. Injecting the minimum starting dose of Tirz twice a wk vs. only 1x/wk has worked for me so far, without the side effects that may occur if I injected the entire doubled dose just 1x a week.Within the 1st ~6 wks, I lost ~20 lbs, much faster than expected, probably because my body was adjusting to all the changes. Then, near the 20-lbs-lost mark, a weight loss stall for 5 days and 3-lbs gained over the next 2 days led me to consult a Remedy Meds NP. She advised that I wasn’t getting ENOUGH calories, so my body was likely thinking it’s starving…further slowing my already lagging metabolism, storing fat, and slowing my weight loss. She advised me to eat 5 small, nutritious meals/snacks totaling ~1200 calories/day, which would help me avg ~2.2 lbs per wk of weight loss. Additionally, hormone fluctuations, fluid retention (salt intake) &/or constipation can cause temporary weight stalls & sometimes increases, but it’s nothing to fret about. I started eating a little more and lost the 3-lbs I’d gained back. The weight is, slowly but surely, going down again.Growing up on and becoming addicted to a “southern fried”, fast food & spicy, high fat, high carb, high sugar, high caffeine, high quantity and highly-processed diet set me up for significant health problems later in life. It’s incomprehensible that, now, on a low dose of Tirz, I have to be reminded to eat and encouraged to eat a little more than I actually want, as the hunger, cravings for sweets/salty food, constant “food noise” & late night snacking I had pre-Tirz are 100% gone. Greasy, salty, spicy & sweet foods and big, heavy meals with gobs of bread & butter sound disgusting to me. THAT’s a miracle!! Now, if/when I’m slightly “hungry” (which is rare!), I only WANT heart-healthy & digestion-friendly foods. Thanks to Remedy Meds, compounded Tirz and the guidance & support of their vast medical team, I’m learning to eat healthier (making every calorie worth consuming), finding a variety of healthy foods that I actually like, and establishing much better hydration & sleeping habits, too.I have a ways to go to reach my goal. If it takes 6 mos., a year, or even longer to further improve my health, mobility & life, so be it! I didn’t gain all this weight and become a pain-racked diabetic couch potato overnight either. As long as my weight & A1C keep trending downward, albeit slowly and with temporary upticks, I’m sticking with it. I plan to stay on Tirz via RM as long as I can afford it. When I hit my goal, I’ll stay on it to maintain.I’m so grateful for the folks at Remedy Meds — and for the U.S. FDA allowing quality compounded GLP-1 & GLP-2 meds to be produced & sold at reasonable prices to the millions of us who desperately need it to help reverse the genetic, environmental & dietary hardwiring that’s kept us stuck - sick, tired, hurting & miserable - and who can’t get brand or generic GLP-1 & GLP-2 meds via insurance.Remedy Meds & compounded Tirz are already changing my life, improving my health and extending my lifespan.THANK YOU!!!
