Frustrating Experience with Prescription Refill

I am sharing my frustration regarding my prescription refill timeline. I placed my order on November 12, and after 22 days, I still haven't received it. I would like management to reach out to me directly and discuss this timeline. Here’s what happened: November 7 - Refill Reminder; November 12 - Requested refill; received acknowledgment stating it would arrive in 3-5 days. Shortly after, I was informed about a potential benefit from a medication. On November 13, my prescription was paused due to my inquiry about it. My spouse's prescription arrived on November 14. On November 22, I called to check on my order and was told to redo a survey. After completing the reorder, support reached out about an allergy concern, which I clarified I do not have. They then asked me to make another appointment with a nurse practitioner. After some back and forth, I finally had an appointment on November 26 and was assured my order was being processed. However, I received another email about allergies the next day, despite my previous confirmations. On November 30, I received a call admitting multiple errors were made, and I was promised my prescription would be sent out promptly. Yet, later that evening, I received conflicting messages from support. I contacted them again on December 1 and was assured everything was fine, but as of December 3, I still have not received anything. This has been an extremely disappointing experience.
