I was charged on Thursday for my refill, and by Monday I received an email indicating that the product would arrive within 3-5 business days. The last business day in that window was Friday, but when I checked the status, it hadn’t even shipped. I reached out to customer service to cancel my order since I needed to switch to another provider to stay on schedule, but they refused to refund me, claiming that Friday wasn’t a business day and that refunds aren’t issued after the prescription is sent to the pharmacy. However, Friday is indeed a business day, and they failed to meet their own delivery promise. I was met with numerous excuses, none of which were mentioned in their terms of service or the email I received. Not refunding me for a product I never received is unacceptable. The prescription might be at the pharmacy, but it was never filled! I’ve filed a claim with my credit card company and will never use this service again. Based on other reviews, I’ll likely need to report my card as stolen to prevent further charges next month. Unacceptable business practices!
