Extremely disappointed with the service. My second order was delivered three days late and was warm, yet the company insists it’s still okay. This was the second time my shipment arrived late; the first was only a day late, which I overlooked after calling to confirm it was safe. I took it, but it was practically useless. There seems to be no food safety measures in place. After the second order arrived late, I decided to cancel and request a refund. They claimed it was still safe and refused my refund request. I strongly advise steering clear of this service. It's a waste of money!
