Misleading, No Accountability, Ignored Refund Requests
Very disappointed with RemedyMeds.
I placed an order for semaglutide based on their advertising about effectiveness and fast delivery. There was no real evaluation of my weight or progress, and when I explained the medication wasn’t working (even though I’ve taken semaglutide before), I was told results “may be minimal.” That’s not what their marketing implies.
When I requested a refund, they refused and hid behind their “Terms of Service” because a prescription had been written and shipped — regardless of whether it actually worked.
Even more frustrating, my correspondence regarding a refund and accountability was largely ignored. Instead of addressing the concerns directly, responses were generic and dismissive.
I also did not knowingly agree to a subscription, yet additional charges were attempted.
Overall, this felt like strong marketing upfront and zero accountability after payment. I would urge others to read everything very carefully before purchasing.
The genius behind this company is nothing but a thief and scammer relying on “terms and conditions” to make profit. EVIL WAY OF MAKING MONEY WITHOUT ACCOUNTABILITY.
