If I could leave no stars that’s what I would do! I’m making a TikTok video after this! I signed up the first of Aug. I was already on 25 units and the NP said I would be remaining on 25 units. Vial he’s here it’s says 17 and I called and they told me I was confused. After calling 3x to speak to someone.$298.99Second dose they raised it to 34units. I didn’t speak to anyone either 398.99 for a month!It arrived warm to the touch. I sent an email complaining they refunded it. No one called nor did the send out a new vial? I had said wanted a full refund of everything and they were not impressive at all! So cancel, in other words. The tried to charge my account this week for 398.99. After researching my account they charged me for Sept and Oct 398.99 twice? They dropped the ball their service is the most ridiculous of any. They set appointments days later then were late calling but said they called. No one got in touch with me not a physician at all! This is a scam and a gimmick. And I see that I am not the only one going through this! I sent a letter to The BBB as well! Remedy are PATHETIC CHEATS AND THIEVES!

Had my first telehealth appointment this week. The gentleman nurse after discussion said he would send me a lab request to have completed and put through my prescription. I’ve been looking through my emails every day and have not found any Lab request or confirmation that my prescription was put through. I am new remedy and not sure how this works. Can someone please confirm for me what I’m to do next been waiting for the lab request apparently I missed the first lab request via email because I was way up north visiting family for the holiday.
