Just 20 hours later, on March 14, 2025, I received my first delivery and administered my first shot! At that moment, I felt optimistic about the journey ahead. I carefully read all the instructions provided and immediately joined a video chat to ask numerous questions. The conversation with the doctor was relaxed and informative. They offered valuable advice and even prescribed anti-nausea medication, which I initially thought unnecessary, but I’m grateful for it! They guided me through the injection process, easing my fears about self-administering. The experience was pleasant from the very beginning. After a recent physical, I had my lab results ready and used the app to submit them without any problems. As time passed, I received all the support I could ask for. I opted for video chats during each refill, not out of necessity but for my own comfort. Scheduling was usually convenient, often on the same day. The app is user-friendly, allowing me to manage refills, book appointments, review past dosages, and even track my weight loss. I communicated with the support team via email, and they responded promptly, providing great assistance. Currently, I’m maintaining a moderate dose and am thankful for the gradual weight loss of 42 pounds so far. During my travels, I’ve managed my medication well, adjusting schedules as needed, and the company has always accommodated my requests. While it may be pricey, the health benefits are invaluable. That confirmed I was on the right path. There are numerous alternatives that claim to offer support at lower costs, but I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Extremely disappointed with the service. My second order was delivered three days late and was warm, yet the company insists it’s still okay. This was the second time my shipment arrived late; the first was only a day late, which I overlooked after calling to confirm it was safe. I took it, but it was practically useless. There seems to be no food safety measures in place. After the second order arrived late, I decided to cancel and request a refund. They claimed it was still safe and refused my refund request. I strongly advise steering clear of this service. It's a waste of money!

I was billed over $1500 for a product I never received, and the service is denying a refund. I have initiated a fraud investigation with my credit card provider regarding this matter.

I was charged on Thursday for my refill, and by Monday I received an email indicating that the product would arrive within 3-5 business days. The last business day in that window was Friday, but when I checked the status, it hadn’t even shipped. I reached out to customer service to cancel my order since I needed to switch to another provider to stay on schedule, but they refused to refund me, claiming that Friday wasn’t a business day and that refunds aren’t issued after the prescription is sent to the pharmacy. However, Friday is indeed a business day, and they failed to meet their own delivery promise. I was met with numerous excuses, none of which were mentioned in their terms of service or the email I received. Not refunding me for a product I never received is unacceptable. The prescription might be at the pharmacy, but it was never filled! I’ve filed a claim with my credit card company and will never use this service again. Based on other reviews, I’ll likely need to report my card as stolen to prevent further charges next month. Unacceptable business practices!
