Mattress was due to be delivered by 8pm last night. At 8.15pm, it was cancelled - by text - apparently due to a breakdown. No mention of further delivery time or who to contact or what will happen next. Both Remfit and courier company, Rhenus, closed for the weekend. Mattress needed for guests at the beginning of the week. Awful customer service.
