I received my Rem-Fit 500 hybrid just 3 days ago, it may take a while to adjust but so far & I know it's early days but I do love the mattress, I can't get away with the 500 pillows though, I'm trying to get them exchanged for the 400.I did have a few problems ordering though, my father bought me it for a present so although he bought on the 0% interest option trying to get it sent to a different address was a bit of a headache, saying that though, that was more does to the finance company rather than Rem-Fit. Rem-Fit did go out of there way to get it sorted out. A+++ mattress
