I’ve been a loyal customer and previously had great results using Remi Cachet, but this time has been a disaster. I had two full deluxe wefts fitted, but there was nothing deluxe about them. The hair is shockingly thin at the ends - it genuinely looks like something you’d pick up from a market stall, not a premium brand.I spent over £800 including the fitting and additional lengths, only to be left with flat, lifeless hair that doesn’t resemble the quality I once trusted. What’s worse is the brand’s response - they told me to send the hair back after it was fitted. At that price point, they know most people can’t just remove and return the hair once it’s installed, so it feels like a convenient way to avoid responsibility.After reading recent reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one seeing this drop in quality. Sadly, I won’t be buying from Remi Cachet again. If you’re considering investing in their hair - don’t. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
