I previously reported how awful my hair had gone after only 16 weeks. Left a review was told to reach out. Reached out was palmed off AGAIN there not interested in helping. The colour fading is awful my hair is orange totally different colour to advertised and sold. Ratty thin and has shed. They didn’t even ask to see it before blaming me. All of the responses on here asking you to reach out are just to look like they care once you do there not interested at all. I spent hundreds and it lasted less tho an a third of the marketed times it’s awful hair and the customer service is worse. If I could add photos to this review I would but I’d urge anyone to look on TikTok for recent social media posts of how bad this hair has gotten. They’ve spent a lot of money on a rebrand and seem to have forgetton its good quality hair we pay for not a packet.
