Very disappointed by the recent customer service and the order I received . ( totally different colours despite both apparently being shade 22) Been a loyal client for over 10 years and spent thousands with this company !!Met with a ‘can’t do attitude’ on the phone as all orders gone out and it’s now bank holiday weekend , advised to move my client despite being booked 6wks in advance and it being her holiday hair appointment , was then advised to respond via email quickly ‘due to them closing’ with photographs bar codes etc .. received NO correspondence back WHAT SO EVER !! Left me with an impossible situation with my client , due to the lack of care when packing orders ( the shade difference should’ve been picked up as ITS OBVIOUS) and no solution for my client or business .
