I had an AMAZING experience with Rachael!! I had placed an order and when I went to pay, apple pay changed the address to an old one. I immediately got in contact with customer service in an absolute panic and Rachael was so patient with me and helped me. She changed the address for delivery and sorted everything for me, telling me what to do if it happened again.
