Avoid! Tangled, shreading and dry! After a lot of considering, I switched to Remi Cachet after seeing a lot of celebs, influencers saying how amazing the hair was. I’ve always used angel remy or euphoria but wanted to see if remi cachet would last longer. Straight after instillation knotting, matting and shreading began, the knotting and tangling being so bad I didn’t even want to have it down straight, I kept putting oil on it two times a day as advised, Brought all there products oil, shampoo even hair brush. Still I put this down to maybe needing to be washed, 2.5 weeks on I absolutely hate the hair it’s so knotty I don’t even like to wear it down I’m having to keep it in plaits. Never in the 15 years I’ve worn extensions have I had this. I contacted remi cachet straight away explaining my problem and if they had any tips, no tips whatsoever just told me to fill out a hair report and I’ve had no communication back, nearly £700/800 wasted on hair!
