I had been using remitly for almost 3 years. I have been sending to the same persons bank account. Recently I sent money on the 19th of March expecting delivery 26th March today is now April 2nd and the money hasn't been delivered. I reach out to the customer service which they said they would assess and give me a feed back. No formal feedback back was given as to what is the reason my funds wasn't delivered. Contacting them to cancel. The chat app is now not working for my chats. Very disappointed. I have the previous chat as I always take screenshots
