I transferred £250 10 days ago, I have used them many times using rhe "Send Again " option. This time the money hasn't arrived, Remitly say they sent it, my bank say they haven't received it, its stalemate and Remitly keep fobbing me off, blaming the intermediary. Where do I go for help if Remitly can't find it??
