I have used many times. This week I got scammed out of $$ transferring usa to Brazil. It has been total NIGHTMARE. I have spent 42 hours trying to remedy between bank and Remity. It appears they have been hacked. This is the first time I have had a problem. Now they have all personal information. REPORT THESE THIEVES.
You know what you have done. Be careful of this company. They hold your money and do not complete the transfer. They then threaten to delay the transfer further if you ask for a refund/cancellation of the transaction. The whole experience leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.
My transaction number 209852510 Which i made on28 january was sent to Uganda.I foundout that the telefon number of the receiver was etnografiska.The receiver contacted the aggets in Uganda and the telephone Numbers closed Which menas the money is still on that telefone account. I am waiting for the refund but in vain
Remity is the worst company I have ever experienced. If you send money to too many recipients (2 or 3 people), they will suspect you of criminal activity and block you, even if you only sent small amounts such as 15 to 20 euros, and you will not get anything refunded.
By far the biggest rip off company I have ever come across they are scammers and racists against black people they take your money do not trust this company you will not get your money back I have reported this company to fraud police and I am in talks with my bank this is a scam company avoid them at all costs walk right by them
