Just thought I’d start the day of with sharing some good news! Joined the RCC community less than a month ago and already got two offers! Picked the offer I preferred more & it happened to be the better offer in the end 🔥 For those still searching for a job, stay positive, and most importantly stay consistent. Between the content the lads provide and the connections in the community everyone’s time will come for sure 🚀 wanna say a massive thanks to @Alex O'Brien @Segun Duyile & @Andy for guiding me through this process & providing me with all necessary documents I need to excel in these interviews as it can be overwhelming at the start!My advice to anyone currently searching for jobs/ in the interview stage is stay consistent! Joined RCC back in October with absolutely 0 sales experience and the support and knowledge I have received from RCC has been phenomenal. I had to take a pause for a couple of months due to my own personal time constraints but decided to hand in my notice anyway as moving into remote sales was something I really wanted to do and within a week and a half of leaving my job and going into this full time I have just landed my first offer. RCC changed my life. I was in corporate sales for 5 years; tired of the politics, long sales cycles, and increased yearly targets without added compensation. I was going to quit sales altogether and came across high ticket sales. Honestly, I thought it was a scam and sounded too good to be true but my gut was telling me to try it. Turns out it wasn't too good to be true - it's just too damn good. My life has changed drastically. I made 11k in commission in my first 20 days on my very first offer. I moved to Medellin in Colombia and have plans to travel the world in the new year. I’m from the uk, working in recruitment “golden handcuffed” to a job wit 0 flexibility. 3 weeks in and I have already picked up work on an offer that I’m really excited about. Cian, Segun and Alex have been nothing but supportive. I think the most daunting thing coming into closing is not having the training and the support you would normally get in the enrolment of a day-to-day job. With RCC they provide you with robust training that allows you to step out and source jobs yourself as well as most importantly objection handle/ beat any obstacle that might come your way.
