The Executive Assistant I'm working with is great. She is very diligent, smart, and kind. She has been a quick learner and has jumped on any tasks I have assigned. It does take time to explain all the context for projects and for her to learn how everything I'm working on fits together, but that is normal learning curve with any coworker. They have made a few mistakes, but that is also normal and they are quick to fix mistakes when they happen.
