We had a very disappointing experience. The salesman was unprofessional and aggressive, raising his voice and suggesting that I wanted to exploit virtual assistants. He insisted I needed to hire a full-time VA for administrative tasks when I only needed part-time help. After I expressed my concerns, he attempted to salvage the situation, but the damage was already done. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on this experience.
