When I sought a refund on Nov 27, instead of assistance, the support team promptly canceled my subscription, making it impossible to meet their refund criteria. Their “money-back guarantee” is almost non-existent, requiring users to actively use the platform for 14 days and apply to at least 100 jobs with proof. This is incredibly time-consuming and unrealistic, seemingly intended to block refunds. When I requested my refund, customer support declined, reiterating these strict requirements. Given the minimal added value compared to free options, the lack of flexibility and support is very disappointing. Proceed with caution before subscribing.
