I was advised to be patient when making the payment for the service. What happened next? There was no option for a refund. I attempted to request one just moments after on the website. Why, you might wonder? Because there were multiple listings for the same job. They advertise pay rates of $20-47/hour and claim to offer job retention, but it seems to be a platform for fraudulent job listings. It's disheartening to see honest, underpaid individuals being taken advantage of. Honestly, dear reader, I urge you not to waste any more money on this service.

As a social media influencer with over 250,000 followers, I discovered that this company took one of my videos without my consent, altered the caption, and has profited significantly from it. My only comment for the person I was talking with through the chat: End the conversation formally before signing off. They did, however, promptly notify another team member, and I received an email following up on my request. The person emailing me was also very prompt, clear, and kind. Thank you for that!

Frustrating experience with refund policy

I subscribed on Nov 24, 2025, but soon stopped using the platform since most listings directed me to free job boards. When I sought a refund on Nov 27, instead of assistance, the support team promptly canceled my subscription, making it impossible to meet their refund criteria. Their “money-back guarantee” is almost non-existent, requiring users to actively use the platform for 14 days and apply to at least 100 jobs with proof. This is incredibly time-consuming and unrealistic, seemingly intended to block refunds. When I requested my refund, customer support declined, reiterating these strict requirements. Given the minimal added value compared to free options, the lack of flexibility and support is very disappointing. Proceed with caution before subscribing.
