The idea behind the service is good, but execution was disappointing. Support responses were slow and sometimes unclear. Important information was not explained properly during onboarding. Because of this, several misunderstandings happened during the process. I expected more professionalism from a company working internationally. The platform may work for some people, but it did not work well for me. Communication and transparency definitely need improvement.
