I wanted to like this service, but it did not meet my expectations. Communication delays were the biggest problem. There were times when I waited several days for a reply. Very disappointing experience overall. I joined the platform expecting a smooth hiring or payment process, but things quickly became confusing. Communication from the team was slow and sometimes completely absent. I had to send multiple emails just to get a simple response. The platform itself looks professional, but the actual support didn’t match expectations. Payments and updates took longer than promised. This created unnecessary stress during the project. I really expected more transparency. Hopefully they improve their communication and response time.
