From an employee perspective Horizons is truly shocking.I have never in my 20 year career experienced anything like this.From onboarding (took weeks to provide my contract) to working with them - had to chase for my P60 for two months - to off boarding (no one can even tell me what’s going on) it’s the most horrendous employee experience ever.Enquiries go unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. No one seems to know what’s going on or who is responsible for what.Speaking to my colleagues, I’m not the only one experiencing this.I would never ever work via them again.
