Based on "raving reviews" about price, I'm very confused. We got a quote of $5000 per employee, plus the monthly fees, which were higher than the advertised prices on their site. And since we were looking for people that take six months to train, Horizon's 12 month "non-approach clause" wasn't very comforting. In case others don't know why that's important: Imagine Horizons sending offers to our people they placed with us to be placed at other clients. We would pay them $5,000, monthly fees, spend six months training them and six months later Horizons could poach them. And we'd have to start over. The sales funnel was painful. Two people from Horizons and two from a "recruiting partner" were on endless emails. Passing us to a recruiting partner felt like they just wanted to become a middle man. Perhaps that's why the price was over twice as expensive as the next competitor. I don't know about that, but what I do know is that the experience was not good and wasted our time. Now, before anyone starts asking for apples to apples comparisons, let me state that we got offers from two other reputable EORs for far less upfront, a little higher monthly. We took the higher monthly. And we have been happy with our staff and the company we ultimately went with.
