Sent a late payment demand (£50) 2 days after I had actually paid! - via online banking Will not remove additional demand despite numerous calls and emails and threaten further costs if not paid.They even acknowledged the payment was received prior to the demand being processed!How on earth can this be legal!Even more galling is we pay 6 months in advance for the privilege!
