Only the pickup and delivery went smoothly. Once it was handed over to the mechanic, the issues began. I had a flat rear tire and booked their service. The next day, I was told I needed to replace both tires due to their poor quality, and the quote was double the bike's worth. I declined and asked for just the flat to be fixed, which cost around 280 DKK. When I called for clarification on the price, they said they would replace the tube with a new one. I got my bike back the next day, but it had another flat the following morning without even riding it. Essentially, they didn't fix anything. I didn't expect such a cheap way to profit.
