Only the pickup and delivery went smoothly. Once it was handed over to the mechanic, the issues began. I had a flat rear tire and booked their service. The next day, I was told I needed to replace both tires due to their poor quality, and the quote was double the bike's worth. I declined and asked for just the flat to be fixed, which cost around 280 DKK. When I called for clarification on the price, they said they would replace the tube with a new one. I got my bike back the next day, but it had another flat the following morning without even riding it. Essentially, they didn't fix anything. I didn't expect such a cheap way to profit.
I went in for a tube replacement because my tire was flat, but it turned out I was just missing a valve. They replaced it at no cost, and my bike felt brand new again. Perfect customer service and extremely helpful! Highly recommend!
The staff are simply outstanding – patient, helpful, and attentive. We are regular customers at this shop due to their excellent service and transparent pricing. They are highly skilled at repairs, whether urgent or not. It’s very reassuring to have them nearby, consistently providing the right advice for our needs.
