I got a voucher for a general service (700dkk), but the guy starting listing problems with the bike, and they refused to do the service if I wouldn’t change chain, gears, bracket, tires and breaks (4000 or 5000dkk). What is the point of a general service then, if you need to replace half of a perfectly working bike. 700dkk to lubricate? Shimano break pads cost 50dkk, and they are not even included in a service?Edit: we had the chance to speak at the shop, were I told you the exact same thing. But it is only when I leave a negative review that you actually react.My RenCykel review has heen very objective and descriptive, so I am not sure why you had the need to bring up my other reviews, where you literally have no idea of what the cases are about. Looking at your response, it seems you don’t like receiving a bad review, and you would rather blame it into the customer.I consider what you do a shady customer service practice, and TrustPilot should be notified about this.
