A complete nightmare of a company who are very thorough in collecting the considerable service charges but who deliver virtually nothing in return. Reported issues are left unresolved, staff blame residents for malfunctions on the site, blame contractors for delays and fail to take security concerns of residents seriously. Don’t know if this is a systemic failure of the company or the incompetence of individual staff. Either way, they supervise the demise of the property whilst charging us for it.
