The website is deceptive. I began trying to reverse the purchase less than 8 hours after it was made by someone in my household (on one of my unsecured devices.. clearly my problem).I was informed that the merchandise was already processed and they were unable to cancel. Yet, 2 days later I received notification that it was dispatched.They informed that I must wait to receive the merch and then send it back at my expense.In response to my emails to cancel the order, I have been bombarded with emails and offers of discounts if I agree not to send back the product.PayPal double charged my credit card and after opening a dispute, the claim was dismissed.I have now cancelled my 10 year relationship with them.It is now in the hands of my credit card company.With regard to the product, I cannot comment, but from what I have seen, it looks as though they are targeting older women who are searching for a magical fountain of youth. I think it's disgraceful.
