Buyers beware.
I agree with a previous writer that this is like a scam. They promised and advertised that you can return the product if not satisfied. I tried to do that and only now they explained it is not possible to return it. They force you to keep and use the products if you want it or not or I guess dump it in the garbage as I will be doing. I feel like I was misled and that the information provided was not clear. At no place or time do they stipulate the conditions for any possible returns. Be sure you want these products before buying them. They finally agreed to refund the least expensive item that I bought but that refund never came either.
AVOID THIS SELLER, they deliver nothing! When I raised my concerns, the representative initially seemed supportive and asked me to rate her assistance on a review platform (unfortunately, I complied). However, after 8 weeks, I received nothing, and now I can't get any response! Disgraceful service!!!

Ordered a specific machine and received a different one with no instructions. Contacted the seller who claimed the wrong machine works for my needs. Tried it daily for a month with no results. When I asked for a refund, I was offered only 30% back. DO NOT waste your money! Total scam!
I tried to order from an ad but couldn’t complete the checkout process. However, I've been charged on my credit card, and the seller refuses to reverse the charge or cancel the order. I can't comment on the product because I haven't received it and will not accept the order.
I attempted to purchase this product on sale, but was forced to watch multiple promotional videos. After abandoning my cart, I received an email saying I was charged for an order I never completed. I contacted support immediately, but they did nothing. I cancelled my payment account due to their involvement in this fraud. I was advised to follow return instructions once I receive the product, and if they don’t assist, my financial institution will.
