Bought a refurbished Dell laptop from them earlier this year. When it arrived, it could not be charged at all. I then had to send it back on my own expenses for them to check and repair. Received it back 10 days ago and guess what - the "repaired" item had exactly the same issue, could not be charged at all. Now customer service wants it to be sent back again to them on my expenses for them to "check" again. I told them no way I will waste more money on a twice received faulty item and that I want a refund NOW or they pay for the return fee.They are now playing stupid, beating around the bush not doing anything. Shame on Wowcher to feature this shambles company on their website!

B grade is the most popular, B grade stock will have small cosmetic marks but are a great bargain! C grade stock generally has more signs of wear however is reflected in the price.
