I received my first order of Spenwood today. The cheese is magnificent! The aroma, the exterior, everything exudes quality. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price; if it were 25% cheaper, it would be a 5. Question: Do you age cheeses to allow them to fully mature for 36 months or more? If I purchased a whole wheel, would you store it for me for a fee?
