I had a confusing situation with a new Rover 30 I purchased through Amazon. The issue was really on Amazon’s end — the listing indicated the controller came with a BT-2 dongle, but the factory box only included a BT-1. I noticed the Rover had the RS-485 port and suspected the BT-1 wasn’t compatible with the G2 version (which Amazon hadn’t clearly identified).When I called support, Jen quickly understood my rambling explanation and went straight to solving the problem. She obtained approval to send me a BT-2 at no cost, which was shipped directly to me. One call—problem solved. I love these guys!
