I bought this panel then returned it because the panel was not charging. However the whole experience of returning it was a nightmare. Firstly they wanted me to measure the open voltage and current on a sunny day! When I found a sunny day I took the pictures. Then they agreed the panel was faulty and agreed a refund. After ten days they provided a return label and a courier turned up and picked it up, quoting the correct reference, but refused to give me a receipt. Last week I called them since it was over two weeks since the panel was returned. They confirmed they had it and that Finances should have refunded within five days. Now, a week later they’re saying they understand, but no signs of any refund. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and was promised a call back within 5-10 minutes. That was 20 minutes ago and I am still waiting 😤Useless. I recommend that you DON’T USE and DON’T TRUST renogy. So over an hour after they called me back to patronise me by saying “They understand.” Nope, if they understood they would have refunded me already. At least they finally called me back after I had called them multiple times over the past four weeks. Yet still, no refund and no compensation.
