My 50A Renogy Dc-Dc/Mppt Charger (RBC30/50D1S-BT-AU) worked perfectly for almost 2&1/2 years, then failed whilst not being used. (Parked at home with only Solar input). Renogy Service agreed that it was faulty, and even though it was ONLY <6 months out of warranty, refused to replace it, and only offered 10~15% "discount" on a new purchase. Furthemore, because there already was a "less 15%" promotion, they refused to honour the promise of compensation agreed earlier. In my experience and opinion, Renogy AU do not respect the ACCC guidelines on "After warranty" product expectations, and have no respect for their customers, nor do they have confidence in their product longevity.
