I ordered over 30 packs of 10mm laminate flooring from Renovate Direct during their Christmas 2025 promotion. Including delivery, the total cost was just over £1,200, which was enough to cover all rooms in my townhouse, as well as the kitchen and two bathrooms — excellent value for money.
Shortly after placing my order, they launched an even better New Year promotion. I contacted customer service, and they immediately offered a price match and refunded the difference within just two days, which I really appreciated.
Later on, I decided to switch one room to carpet due to an uneven subfloor, so I needed to reduce my order. Again, the customer service team responded quickly, helped adjust my order, and processed the partial refund without any hassle.
The flooring was delivered on the scheduled date, and despite heavy snow, the delivery driver went the extra mile by bringing the pallets all the way to my backyard and unloading them — which made a huge difference.
My friends and I inspected most of the boards on the same day. Out of around 370 planks, about 7–8 had small chips (roughly the size of a fingernail, mostly on the edges), and around a dozen had minor underlay peeling. However, these issues were manageable — we simply used those pieces for cuts along walls or in less visible areas. Overall, the quality was acceptable for the price.
We completed the installation ourselves over three days, covering nearly 90 square meters. For around £1,100, this saved us a significant amount compared to hiring professionals.
This is not a luxury product, but it is definitely great value for money, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly flooring option.
