Flooring was of great quality which the joiner I used even commented on. It is very well made and looks great! I liked you could pick your delivery date too. Would definitely use them again.
£60 paid for delivery! Told I would get a 2 hour time slot on the day. Didn’t receive update until 13:15 saying delivery would be between 13:59 & 15:59.
Tracking said I was 7 of 7 delivery. This never changed, so “tracking” was redundant.
Item was delivered at approximately 15:15.
Delivered on a pallet to kerbside. Driver stated he was not allowed to take the items any further.
I am a 69 year old female recovering from a broken arm.
I was left in the pouring rain unwrapping the pallet and trying to carry 3 boxes of wood flooring up a long path into the house. Each box was 25kg!
Also one box was damaged and exposing the wood.
Disgusting!!!
How can a £60 charge be warranted when there is no service?
Also, I couldn’t have had someone here to help me as they would have had to be to mine at 8am with no idea of the items arrival time.

The product was good value and delivery was on time, with clear communication throughout the process. The only downside was the packaging — the pallet straps cut into the boxes and damaged the click system, meaning I had to dispose of 11–12 planks. Fortunately, I ordered extra so I didn’t fall short, but it’s worth keeping this in mind when deciding how much to purchase.
Delivered in two days and the delivery man helped me carry it to my door which was really appreciated!! I ordered a 14mm thick laminate and because of the weight of it there was a knack but I am so pleased with the final result. I will say its well worth investing in the flooring kit you can buy from amazon that comes with the spacers, hammer and blocks so you dont damage the laminate boards when knocking the small gaps. I did contact customer services after reading some of the reviews on here about late deliveries and they couldnt be more helpful. Would order from again!!
Good product, I was worried about delivery having read the reviews, but ours went smootly with a reliable online trackee letting me know about approaching delivery down to a minute. One corner out of 11 boxes of laminate floor was slightly chipped, so as far as delivery damage, that's insignifcant.
