Worst service ever known!My experience with your car rental service was extremely poor from start to finish.The problems began upon arrival: the office was impossible to find and nobody answered the phone. I, together with other customers, waited almost 45 minutes before someone answered, and over one hour before we were finally picked up.Once at the office, the staff did not speak English, and after another hour of waiting we discovered that some services included in the booking had not been applied. No one was willing to help or take responsibility.I decided to leave anyway, but after 20 minutes of driving a motor warning light appeared. I tried calling the help desk for more than 30 minutes, with no answer. Since I was still nearby, I returned to the office, where they admitted they had forgotten to reset/update the service indicator. As a result, instead of leaving at 09:00, we only started our trip at 12:30.At the vehicle return, the staff was polite and completed the check-out correctly. However, the real problems started two months later, when I received a toll fine. Nobody at the rental office had informed me that tolls in Normandy are virtual. I had to resolve the issue myself with the French authorities, with the help of a friend who speaks French. I paid both the toll and the fine due to late payment. Luckily, I paid in October; otherwise, the fine would have exceeded €200.After six months, I received another unpleasant surprise: your company charged my bank account three times €30, without any prior communication. When I contacted you, I was told this was for “data processing.” This is unacceptable. Had I waited until January, I would have faced another fine of over €200, yet you still felt justified in charging me without notice.This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise other customers not to trust this company. Paying more and choosing a reputable rental company is far safer.
