The rental center on 47 Kedzie is incredibly disrespectful. I strongly advise against going there, as they engage in scams, overcharging customers and treating them poorly. The manager is abusive and dismissive. Many have faced similar issues: they take money from your card and claim you haven't paid, only to say it will return to your card. I pay my bills regularly, but after being treated this way, I had everything picked up from my home. It's frustrating to lose money to a business that cheats its customers. Never again.
